                          CAMPBELLSVILLE COUNTRY CLUB BOARD MEETING

                                                                     MINUTES

                                                            December 17 2009



Motion to open at 6:05 PM

Members Present: James Watkins,Buck Roberts, Donna Wise, Joe Noland,Brad Scalos, Scott Townley, Rick Gwynn, Steve Beard, Ed Cheatham, Maurice Dix, Mike Kehoe, and Derek Benningfield.

Visitors: David Keeton, Presented the Board a Plaque for the flowers on the grounds.
Jason Taylor: He and his family are providing dinner for the Christmas dinner.

Treasurer report: Maurice Dix gave. Motion to approve by Donna Wise second by Ed Cheatham Motion Passed.

Minutes: Motion to approve by Rick Qwynn second by Scott Townley Motion passed.

James asked for committee reports: Ed Cheatham, his committee had looked at the expenses when someone is here ( kitchen) and not and cannot fine and end to expenses. Can the Board approve $200.00 per month for clean up and club house. After discussioin $10,000.00 was budgeted for Club House. Motion by Rick Gwynn second by Ed Cheatham Motion passed.

New Years Party discussion Club House committee had found a band and caterer for the event about how much for each couple. Ed to move forward with this event. Mike will do cones at Christmas to try to create interest for New Years event.

Pool: Scott Townley heater problem, someone will be here in March 2010 and give cost to repair heater, also the cost of a liner to stop water loss.

Grounds: Steve Beard be prepared in the spring to house ( new / used ) equipment we will need 7 pieces, and the cost of a building. Brad Scalos recommended to get figures/ bids by January 2010 meeting.

By- Laws: Donna Wise working on By-Laws.

Tournament: Buck Roberts tournaments bring about $15,000.00 to the Club each year he and Rick will work with mike to see if we cane generate more revenue for CCC.

Motion to adopt a Mission Statement for CCC make a plaque and post in Club House made by Joe Noland second by Ed Cheatham Motion passed.
Pat to organize meeting & picture with plaque.

Old Business: Motion not to rebuild cart shed by Donna Wise second by Rick Gwynn Motion passed.
New Business: Mike Kehoe to get bids for building with heated bays for the driving range. Vent in the lounge:
Motion by Buck Roberts seconded by Brad Scalos to move forward with the vent Motiion passed. Russell Springs Golf wants to trade rates 50% discount on a round of golf 1 year trial. Motion by Joe Noland Second Scott Townley Motion passed.

Discussion about putting vendors advertisement and discounts on membership cards Motion made by Scott Townley second by Joe Noland Motion passed. No new membership.

Motion to Adjourn by Donna Wise second by Buck Roberts Motion passed
